Minnie Castle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, mis-delivered.
If your package shows delivered by USPS then there is nothing We can do about it and will not replace orders that are stolen from mailboxes or door steps.

If you want to insure your package please choose shipping option “Priority shipping” or “ Express shipping”.
If you choose “First class Standard shipping”and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund or replacement .

MinnieCastle all products are made to custom orders so we don’t accept return or exchange (color, Size , by mistake)
We ONLY accept returns or exchange if the package have been damaged in shipment or if order have been wronged by the shipping team. Shipping (Oneway, Round trip) fee is NOT Refunded. ship it back to item must be returned within 3 business days.
